NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help, any time of day or night.

Call 111 if:
– You need help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency.
– You think you need to go to A&E or another urgent care service.
– You don’t know who to call, or you don’t have a GP to call.
– You need health information or want advice about what to do next.
Emergencies
Any time of day, if you or someone else has the symptoms below and you think it is serious or could be life-threatening, you must go to the nearest A&E (Accident and Emergency) or call 999.
These problems cannot wait.
Symptoms include:
Chest pain
Very bad stomach (abdominal) pain
Vomiting blood
Black stools (poo)
Trouble breathing
A rash that doesn’t fade when you press a glass on it (the glass test)
Signs of a severe allergic reaction, like the mouth or throat swelling
Emergencies are always treated first.

Think you might need to go to hospital
Don’t know who to contact for help

Cancelling Your Appointment
If you cannot come to your appointment, please cancel it or let the practice know as soon as you can.
A lot of people miss their appointments every week.
This wastes the doctors’ and nurses’ time and makes it harder for other patients to get the help they need.
You can cancel your appointment by:
– Calling 020 3405 8000
– Using SystemOnline
– Using the NHS App
– Coming in to speak to Reception
Please tell us in advance if you can’t come, so we can give your appointment to someone else who needs it.
Named GP
If you do not know who your named GP is, please ask a member of our reception team. Unfortunately, we are unable to notify patients in writing of any change of GP due to the costs involved.
Home Visits
We also work with Ealing Community Transport to help bring patients to the surgery when we can.
Home visits are ONLY for:
– Patients who are housebound
– Patients who are too ill to come to the surgery
Home visits are not for people who simply don’t have transport.
If you need a home visit, please contact the surgery as early as possible in the morning (before 10am) and tell the receptionist what is wrong.
A nurse will call you back to get more information and decide if a home visit is needed, depending on how urgent your problem is.
When possible, home visits will be done by your own GP.
