Health Care Assistants
Our Health Care Assistants (HCA’s) work under the supervision of our Practice Nurses to provide care to patients needing a variety of physical tests and other aspects of care to support the management on long-term conditions.
This may include blood tests, ECG’s, 24-hour blood pressure monitors, injections for adults, simple wound care, spirometry, diabetic foot care and high risk monitoring, ear care, anticoagulation monitoring, smoking cessation counselling, etc.

Phlebotomists are an instrumental part of the NHS team, making sure that the diagnosis of illness is done quickly and safely. Phlebotomists will take blood samples from patients ,which are examined in a laboratory and the results can be used to quickly diagnose diseases and conditions.

The admin team is the backbone of the practice; ensuring that the practice runs smoothly and are always looking for ways to create efficiencies, streamline operations, and implement new programs to the benefit of the team and the practice.
Our dedicated team of administrators cover a vast array of duties ranging from registrations, medical summaries, IT, insurance reports, document management, and medical referrals.
